1.摩天岭风景名胜区是山西省人民政府于2010年审定公布的省级风景名胜区，位于左云县北部，横跨三屯、张家场、管家堡三个乡镇，北隔明长城与内蒙古自治区接壤。景区总面积75.39平方公里，核心景区总面积为19.86平方公里。核心景区包括大边长城摩天岭段、宁鲁口、八台子段、威鲁口、月华池、白羊口，东至左云县界；小边长城从黑土口至西黄土口段。

1. Motian Ridge Tourism Attraction is a provincial resort announced by Shanxi People s Government in 2010. It is located in the northern sector of Zuoyun county and spans three counties namely Santun, Zhangjiayang and Guanjiabao. It is adjacent to Inner Mongolia by the Great Wall built in the Ming Dynasty. The landscape covers a total area of 75.39 square kilometers. Its core scenic spot covers a total area of 19.86 square kilometers. Its core landscape area covers Motian ridge section of Dabian great wall, Ninglukou, Ba Tai Zi Duan, Wei Lu Kou, Yue Hua Pool, and Bai Yang Kou. It extends to the border of Zuoyun county to the ea长叶紫珠st. XIaobian Great Wall extends from Hei Tu Kou to Huang Kou Tu to the west.

摩天岭风景名胜区内的景源共有自然景源和人文景源两大类，涵盖胜迹、建筑、生景、水景、风物、园景、地景等7个中类，遗址遗迹、宗教建筑、森林、泉井、宗教礼仪、工程构筑物、陵园墓园、文娱建筑、石林石景9个小类。景源61个，异常丰富，其中人文景源55个，自然景源6个。

Its scenes cover natural landscape and humanistic landscape that encompasses seven categories namely relics, buildings, biological landscape, waterscape, scenery, park and land spot and nine minor categories namely relics, religious building, forest, spring well, religious ceremony, project building, cemetery, entertainment building, stone woods and stone scene. It has 61 scenic spots with ample content including 55 humanistic scenic spots and 6 natural scenic spots.

摩天岭风景名胜区内的文化遗产众多，其中：山西省文物保护单位7处，有明外长城遗址左云段、镇宁箭楼、宁鲁堡堡址、月华池、威鲁堡、保安堡等；左云县文物保护单位5处。

It features distinctive features of frontline culture. It used to belong to the frontier juncture and is located in the special geological setting with nomadic civilization clashing with tillage civilization. It is rich in history, military, national integration, folklore, business logistics and so forth that together aggregate rich and beautiful humanistic landscape, natural landscape, ecological landscape and so forth. It features outstanding historic cultural values, high scientific values and unique landscape aesthetic values and tourism values.

景区古堡、烽台、边墩林立，长城、教堂、禅寺、古塔交相辉映，军旅文化、商贸文化、民俗文化和宗教文化相互融合，沿途山川秀丽、林草丰美，自然风光奇异，名胜景点众多，是旅游观光、休闲度假、美术写生的理想之处。

It contains ancient castles, beacon and abutment piers. The great wall, the church, the temple and the ancient towers would add radiance to one another. It is a mixture of military tourism culture, business culture, folklore culture and religious culture. It shows picturesque scenes, extraordinary landscape and multiple scenic spots. It it an ideal place for tourism sight-seeing, leisure, vocation-spending and sketching.

该项目将依托左云摩天岭风景区厚重的边塞文化资源，整合大同古都、云冈石窟和北京西部生态休闲旅游圈等旅游资源，突出边塞长城烽火文化体验、高端休闲避暑生态观光，展示长城烽火文化、五路山火山地质文化、优美森林生态，全力将景区打造成呼应乌大张、面向京津冀的4A级旅游景区。

By relying on profound frontier cultural中航工业上大正在全力打造全国战略性稀贵金属再生利用和科技创新两大基地 resources in Motian ridge landscape of Zuoyun and aggregating such tourism resources as ancient city of Datong, Yungang Grottoes and ecological leisure travel circle in west Beijing, the project highlights beacon cultural experience in the frontline Great Wall, high-end leisure and summer heat aversion ecological tour-seeing. It demonstrates beacon culture of the Great Wall, volcanic culture in Mountain Wulu and glamorous forest ecology. It attempts to build the scene into an AAAA traveling scenic spot to cater to Urumchi, Datong and Zhangjiakou that faces Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.

2、项目建设内容及规模：项目位于左云县摩天岭风景核心区，规划占地20平方公里，按照 一轴、两带、三群、四区 布局结构逐步开发，分三期建设。拟对左云摩天岭风景区进行整体开发、修缮，建设景区道路、观景亭、汽车营地、登山道、户外娱乐设施、休闲度假区及相关基础设施，打造成集人文景观、自然风光及休闲体验于一体的区域旅游品牌。

2. Content and scale: it is located in Motian ridge landscape core area in Zuoyun county. It covers an area of 20 square kilometers and is developed following the layout of one shaft, two belts, three clusters and four districts . It is built in three phases. 项目总投资为1.2亿元。全部项目完成后，年可接待游客40万人次，绿天麻预计年直接门票收入1600万元，其它旅游收入4000万元，实际利润2000万元，税收300万元。

(Two) Budget and efficiency analysis

Its total investment is 120 million Yuan. Upon completion, the project can receive 400,000 travelers on the yearly basis and is projected to have a direct ticket proceed of 16 million Yuan, other incomes for travelling of 40 million Yuan, actual profit of 20 million Yuan and tax of 3 million Yuan.
